Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from purchase.
During launches or restocks, please allow a little extra time — we’re a small team and we pack everything with care.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
Shipping Rates (Australia)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD
- Flat rate standard shipping: $10 AUD
- Express shipping: $15 AUD
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or a reputable courier partner.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Standard: 2–7 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
- Lost parcels due to incorrect information provided
If you notice an error, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered.
If something’s not quite right, we offer returns under the following conditions:
Change of Mind
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:
- Full-priced items
- Unworn, unwashed items
- Items in original condition with tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please email us at Jacksonsurfco@outlook.com and we’ll help organise an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Because we’re a small brand with limited drops, we recommend reaching out quickly to secure your preferred size.
Faulty Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description
